I don't like this spot :f_mad:
I'm not folding obviously, calling is meh because BU is going to call too and I'm going to fold most flops OOP.
I'm trying to 4bet, and shove against one opponent. Would anyone consider a fold if both opponents shove? I'm quite sure I'm committing myself if I 4bet, especially because they can shove unexpected hands.

Hero raises to 23 BB, BTN calls 20 BB, SB calls 13 BB

SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets 49.6 BB and is all-in, SB raises to 88 BB and is all-in, fold

Well this flop is pretty straightforward I think.
I'd probably bet / shove with TPTK+ or a NFD + SD.

The hand is still a bit frustrating, is there a better way to play it (including my plan on the flop)?

You should be ready to play for stacks preflop.
I like it as played. When 2 are interested in the pot we can fold on flop.

Pre-flop is a standard 4bet spot against a BTN steal and re-steal of SB I think. As played you can’t do much else then folding against 2 all-inns with only a gut shot and 2 over cards.

BTN should open wide, SB should 3bet bluff wide. I think 4betting with AKs is the best move preflop. From these positions you shouldn't be too scared about playing for stacks.

Hm I see, yeah I probably have to call against 2 shoves pre but I wouldn't be too happy doing it..

Do you also bet / shove against one opponent with A♣:K♣: ?

Then you have still a decent amount of equity. Even if both players has a set or something.

There is a primitive way to avoid the positional problem, and that is to simply shove right away. Not optimal, but not that crappy either. You have FE versus almost all pp, and if they call, well, it is a flip - and you get to see flop+turn+river. Raising "normal" still commits like 25% at least of your stack, and can be much harder to play.
