Poker Stars $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

BTN: $2.44
SB: $2.24
BB: $3.03
Hero (UTG): $2.08
MP: $2.77
CO: $2.03

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is UTG with Q♥ Q♠
Hero raises to $0.06, 1 fold, CO calls $0.06, BTN calls $0.06, SB calls $0.05, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.26) Q♣ 2♣ 6♠ (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.18, CO folds, BTN raises to $0.78, SB calls $0.78, Hero raises to $2.02 all in, BTN raises to $2.38 all in, SB calls $1.40 all in

Turn: ($6.64) J♣ (3 players - 3 are all in)

River: ($6.64) 5♥ (3 players - 3 are all in)

Spoiler

Final Pot: $6.64
BTN shows Qd 6d (two pair, Queens and Sixes)
SB shows 3c 8c (a flush, Queen high)
Hero shows Qh Qs (three of a kind, Queens)
SB wins $0.31
SB wins $6.10
(Rake: $0.23)

Villain's final call is right because of the odds I guess, but what about the previous one after BTN's raise of my c-bet? Seeing as he can't guarantee to get to the river if I fold he has put in a lot of his stack on the flop banking on a turn club?

On the flop the hand is standard with top set on a wet board like this.
