arttuzulu, normally it takes 1-3 days from the moment you started playing until the moment you can see StrategyPoints in your profile. This is assuming your account is tracked and you gave us your poker room username.
Please note that on Everest Poker we are not granting StrategyPoints (long lasting issue). But we can still upgrade your status if you message our support showing the amount raked. For the complete info on how to create the account, please follow Everest Poker download guide. If no code is mentioned, it means no code needed.

Just seeing if it is possible to check on my points etc and possible upgrade . Due to endless problems with HM2 I purchased Pokertracker through the pokerstrategy link on 22/11/2016 . I don't think I received any upgrade or stratpoints here.

Unfortunately I don't have good news for you. We have spoken with PokerTracker and according to them, you purchased PokerTracker back in November through another page, not PokerStrategy.com. This means that you won't be eligible for the bonus StrategyPoints (and consequently the status upgrade)

That is incorrect . I originally took it down on the trial via pokerstrategy ,you can check my a/c here , and then purchased it some time later, if I remember correct I then purchased it using the credentials from the a/c created via poker strategy and the PT4 a/c created via pokerstrategy. I think they are confused.

According to their information, the last tracker on your account doesn't belong to us (it's some other affiliate's). It might have been that you clicked some links in the past and you didn't clear the clear the cookies prior to registering via us 
It happens sometimes and it's confusing. We can't change the information PokerTracker have in their system

Oh well too bad , I think are taking a chance, because the only place I would have taken it down from and I remember this to be so , is from my a/c with them. What do you think ,should I complain to them. Because if as they say I bought it somewhere else ,who now is credited with the sale ,then it would mean I have some sort of advantage or points or whatever , wherever that might be. Lets see maybe I can have some fun and a good laugh at them.
