You are focusing too much on these hands where you have some bad luck. It decreases the level of your play. You should fix your mental game and start focusing on other things.

Hand 1:
I wouldn't squeeze this. When you block nut FD what do you expect villain to call you with? You are behind. I would most likely be checking the flop.
Hand 2:
You were lucky when you were ahead after calling villains xr shove OTT. This is a spot where I would almost always fold. Your range is capped, his is not.
Hand 3:
River raises are strong. Villain probably doesn't have any bluffs. The weakest value raise could be AT but even that might not be in his pre calling range.

You probably don't remember the last time you sucked out on villain. But you probably remember the last time someone sucked you out. That is how human brain works.
If you face a bad beat and immediately post it on the forums to show everyone how bad luck you are having, it makes things worse. Suddenly you are feeling that you lose every single hand and everything goes to shit. This will affect your game even though you might not notice it.
When you face a bad beat only thing you should be interested in is whether you played the hand correctly. If you did, then move on.

I can contribute my memories as a former CG-player (NL100):

A♣ 9♣ - hand: Why 3-bet? You don´t have infos/stats on UTG. A UTG-raise often indicates a strong hand like AJ+ in 6-max, AQs+ in 9-max. Without reads I would give Villain credit. I would either just call or fold.

The flop comes as: A♠ T♣ 7♣ - so you flopped top pair with the nutflushdraw and a backdoor str8-draw, two aces are blocked (in your hand and flop) so Ax combos become unlikely. You might have the best hand here and I would valuebet small or even check back. We would like to keep Villains in the pot for the case, we hit our nut flush or we hold the best hand with our A9s.

The turn comes as Q♥ - and Villain is pot-committed ---> well, as played. Unlucky turn for us.

The big mistake I see here pre and at the flop.

J♣ J♥ hand:

Preflop: Fine! Just a call is good with JJ.

Flop. T♠ 2♠ 6♣ - check-call is good: pot-control!

Turn: 7♦ - there´s no need to pump up the pot here. The board is quite wet, 98s just could have made a str8, pockets like TT, 22, 66, 77 could have hit their set, there is a chance that one or both Villains could hold a pair better than yours or a set. Check back and hope to see a cheap showdown (where you hold the best hand).

River is Q♠, but if you had made pot-control here there could have been an easy fold for you with very small losses.

The same of the AK-hand: pot-control. You have TPTK - no need to blow up the pot like a balloon. Check the turn and just check-call river.

Hope I could help!

Everybody gets sucked out. All the time. When it happens to me I just lean my head back and chuckle. Just close that table and begin fresh in another one.

set over set over set..... OUCH!!!! bet the top set got an actual hard on! haha
i sucked out on someone before, but the very hand before that i lost to AK with KK so i just took that one as justice haha.
i had AK and made a straight against his KK
i have just been blinded out of a whole stack, 250 hands and i barely played a hand, i didn't even realize until my stacks had shrunk.
