You are focusing too much on these hands where you have some bad luck. It decreases the level of your play. You should fix your mental game and start focusing on other things.
Hand 1:
I wouldn't squeeze this. When you block nut FD what do you expect villain to call you with? You are behind. I would most likely be checking the flop.
Hand 2:
You were lucky when you were ahead after calling villains xr shove OTT. This is a spot where I would almost always fold. Your range is capped, his is not.
Hand 3:
River raises are strong. Villain probably doesn't have any bluffs. The weakest value raise could be AT but even that might not be in his pre calling range.
You probably don't remember the last time you sucked out on villain. But you probably remember the last time someone sucked you out. That is how human brain works.
If you face a bad beat and immediately post it on the forums to show everyone how bad luck you are having, it makes things worse. Suddenly you are feeling that you lose every single hand and everything goes to shit. This will affect your game even though you might not notice it.
When you face a bad beat only thing you should be interested in is whether you played the hand correctly. If you did, then move on.
