Aren't we then calling the tightest part of his range with full stack (we play stacks?) and getting at the best situation 50% equity if we call? Let me calculate:

EV=129,5*P-44BB*(1-P) ; P=25%, AKo vs JJ+, AQ+ is 50%, however we have to win at the flop so we'll have to get a pair which will be around 33% times. Against QQ+, AK we have 18% equity therefore calling is not an option.

Where do you get all of these numbers? How would it be 44bb for villain to call if we shove when he has already invested 66?
How did you come up with 18% equity? We have almost 40% equity vs QQ+,AK.
What is that 82-25?
You need 5-6% fold equity to break even if we have 40% equity when we get called.
