AK83ds bb vs co

From what I just learned, pre is better as a call. Flop and turn as played although I prefer either: x/shove turn or lead river. I don't think you will face many river bluffs on this card and he can hardly vbet worse (i.e. he x/b AQ)

The difference being that here is no limping fish in the pot and not a read about playing postflop OOP against aggressive reg But yeah, I like calling, 83 are even worse sidecards, if 3b you're hoping to hit NFD or taking it down with one bet on non-scary board. I like to have more connected cards or position when 3 betting.

His turn pot bet makes no sense, I dont mind how you played it. Turn check-shove is never ever a bluff and he must be quite bad to call it of with anything but split. If you want to do something different, I think it would be donk otr then.

But as you really couldnt improve to any FH with another 2, I think he might bluff it again or valuebet some very unlikely worse FHs. (KK, A2)

Judging by his hand, it's clear villain overvalues trips/overplays. That's why I think we need to be the one to put more money in. Since he's bad enough to pot AQ here, who knows if he is capable of calling a x/r or river lead ♦

This is a bit of a borderline call preflop OOP vs a potraise - its a shitty hand with very limited postflop prospects

Doesn't it depend on CO'so opening range?

Actually there are 24 cards that can harm you going in to the turn which is more than half the deck and I would be inclined to check pot it but I don't mind your line on any street.
