I had around 70bb.My opponent around 30bb. I was out of position with A 7 offsuit. He minraised then i 3-bet him 2.5 times his raise after that he go all-in. What should I do in this situation ?

We don’t know anything of the villain in this hand. If he’s a very aggressive player you could consider stacking off here, but most of the time I would still fold this hand against an unknown.

You should increase your 3bet sizing to at least 7BB instead of 5BB. But still it is usually a fold, facing a 4bet. You still have a massive chiplead so use the aggression wisely
