when you call 3-bet with 78s preflop, you must shove on such flops.

Anyway, if you call you are committed on the turn.

Either push flop or fold. I don't like Calling.

Problem there is that you dot have gfold equity, since BB line is very strong and likely he has aces and he is never folding there if you shove.
Getting that good implied odds I´d likely also call, because he would shove any turn and turn you´re committed to call.
Nh, you can sometimes fold flop, but getting that good implied odds would really makes me also want to call, just because there is also UTG in the hand, who could hold bigger flushdraw or set, would consider folding my hand on the flop.
