Is that a mistake too, like the mistake your account nick in pokerstars is resemble with Brian nick?
Noted that Pokerstars Reply your email with:
HELLO JAMES and HELLO BRIAN - meaning they are sending email to same account to 2 different name LOL - RED FLAG
Or They are sending 2 email to 2 diff account, but the same person owning that 2 email account LOL again.
it happened to me the same. I deposited in my son account 50 dollars to play on real money with Bolt promotion . they never respected the promotion and they banned my accounts and his because he has 2 different accounts . I sent several emails to them the answer was no. I feel scammed and they steal the money from me with no reason .they motivate the same they do what is in the best interest of pokerstars users ...
Beware multi accounting is against the rules of PokerStars. That makes it tricky to deposit money to your sons account, because then they think that account is of you as well. Maybe if you can explain this situation through the mail support@pokerstars.com you could get your account back.

I tried 3 times already .
My son is a kid 15 years old. he didn't read any rules from pokerstars . we are not cheaters . but they treat us like scams and banned both accounts. no explanation. only this is in the benefit of the customers. they confiscated 50 dollars from us and over 25 tickets . some guy Roland ...

U are one of a kind create and deposit 50 euro to ur 15 year kid ? Who already had 1-2 accounts ? Now u hate PS for doing their job.
