I advise you to calm down as posting several times or insulting us will in no way help your cause. If you open several tickets to the support in which you constantly press for answers even though you are still within the normal waiting times described in FAQs on the site - it can lead to confusion among the supporters.
If you have already sent your ID card, it should be fine and you simply need to send your proof of residence.

Thats great. Then just be patient and wait until our support processes them. This can take up to 48 hours + another 48 hours for the processing time of the money.
Since patience is the biggest virtue of a successful poker player you can already start practising it now - while studying the strategy guides on the site.
