I think I would like to bet small OTF because 1) usually they fold too much 2) we can get value/protection from hands like KQ,JJ,TT etc that maybe has one spade.
As played I think it depends quite much on villain but normally I think folding here vs one bet would be too tight. If we fold here it means we are basically check folding anything except a flush.

Bet on the flop. Not small, bet as normal. What is the problem? If the spade comes , you can check-fold vs big bet. There aren't many bluffs. JT only.
As played, check-raise.

If you check/raise the flop you are committing yourself and on the pot size bet of villain I don’t think we have too much fold equity. On the turn I would just fold. We can only beat a random bluff.

Definitely cbet the flop here. I assume 50% pot is your normal size.
If you don't cbet you are making your life really hard.

CHECK-SHOVE I mean obv. I don't need fold equity at all. Wtf?

I don't like check raising here. We just isolate ourselves against very strong range and we have no chances of improving in case villain calls with a flush or a set.

I would cbet this flop for sure, we need some protection + gain value. I would go with 2/3 OTF. OTT I would x on 9, because 9x hits villain range a lot imo. As playedI really don´t know what to do, it might be he is drawing to flush, who knows. Good thing is, we don´t block any FD and we are quite underrepped as well, so I wouldn´t probably find a fold there, even though I hate calling.

Just cbet this flop and keep the initiative yourself :).

Then check-call? Or what? Check-fold?
On this board you are dead obv vs flush. BUT VERY RARE he have the flush. There are many hands with good equity against us, but also we have smaller fold equity. What's why we must play aggressively. He can't have bluffs. I mean then you bet on the flop. Only JT and some hand with SD value. Very rare NL10 player will use such hand for bluff. He will fold on the flop or will check back with SD value. When the spade comes.

"Hero checks". Mistake... Ok, don't do another mistake. Vs pot bet easy shove. Here he have bluffs. But many bluffs have good equity vs our hand. And you are OOP, you can't just call. If he bet smaller, then it is difficult. Check-call is an option then. Don't forget you are OOP. You don't have many options. Fold or aggressive play. If you check-call on the flop vs pot bet, his position will be a huge advantage. On this board...
Ask yourself , with what hand you will play , like that? Check-call on the flop. Your cards are face up.

As played this situation is quite tough. We are in a 3bet pot and I would put villain on a quite strong range.
Check calling could be fine against smaller sizing but here it has some problems as you said. Although my cards wouldn't be face up if I check call because I probably do it with some flushes also.
Check shoving indeed looks like the best option but I don't love that either. I did some quick math and the result was about break even. So basically it looks like that no matter what we do we are not winning much money on the long run.

cbet for sure, keep the iniative. Plays the hand alot easier.

After we check it's becoming a guessing game.

These boards are quite villain dependant, some overstab, some overfold. And i would adjust my play here mostly according to villain tendencies.

If we cbet flop and then check the turn we have alot better stacksizes and equity to play for stacks.

What do you want to do with c/sh? It doesnt make sense for me. You want shove on flop vs pot bet on 3bet pot. Tell me one hand we can beat with this line. And tell me, what do you want to fold here also.

I agree with bet on flop, but if we check here, I think, we can just call. He can stab some random bluffs/semibluffs, AQ/KQ. After his shove OTT, we can easily fold, I expected here only better hands.

Flop's fine either way really
Checking definitely has it's merits (you're forced to fold to a raise, put money in and then check fold on any spade etc.)
It is harder to play though I guess that's true, I'd check with a good frequency as I check fold so much here but I guess if you want to avoid these spots betting anywhere between small and half pot-ish always is fine

And call me nitty
But I actually would probably find a check/fold here at NL10, especially if he bets fast, with this sizing he shouldn't be betting...anything pretty much? So I'd just try to find a hard fold when this looks like straight up value and gives us plain bad odds when we got to fold on any spade and he shouldn't bluff much really (what hands make obvious bluffs without tons of equity when he calls CO? And even with equity . . . Only flatted AsKx that didn't 4bet make sense to bet shove, AJo should mostly not call pre, and there's no other As naked hands. And with hands like TJdd, why on earth would anyone pot here? Most people in the thread and large majority of regs cbet these boards too much, and when they check they just give up and check fold to half pot almost as often )

And this turn just sucks let me tell you, I'd probably call it off after I call flop hating my life ..this is like the best card for us besides Q and the 2 remaining aces after I call flop, I'd think along the lines of "damn you deck...sigh call muck"

Also I realized I'm starting Microstakes Maniac series tomorrow
And I'm suggesting timid grandma-like check fold
Feel free to poke fun in the chat tomorrow at 8 at https://www.twitch.tv/pokerstrategydotcom :P
