Hero (SB): $2.04 (102 bb)
BB: $3.29 (164.5 bb)
UTG: $2.73 (136.5 bb)
MP: $2 (100 bb)
CO: $2 (100 bb)
BTN: $3.01 (150.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T♣ A♥
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.05, BB calls $0.03

Flop: ($0.10) 7♠ T♥ J♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.06, BB calls $0.06
On the flop I hit my 10 but its middle pair so I just Cbet and he only call.

Turn: ($0.22) 3♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.16, BB calls $0.16
I am not sure why I bet on the turn after my review I think I just check call if its less than half or even check fold

River: ($0.54) J♥ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, BB calls $0.40

Results: $1.34 pot ($0.05 rake)
Final Board: 7♠ T♥ J♠ 3♠ J♥
Hero showed T♣ A♥ and lost (-$0.67 net)
BB showed Q♥ J♦ and won $1.29 ($0.62 net)

and yes on the river he hits his third jack, I was thinking maybe I can afraid him with the straight but nahhh.. What do you think?

OTF I don't usually bet weak made hands when OOP but now you are playing with very wide ranges and the board is quite drawy so I don't think it is a bad thing to bet here.
Not sure if that turn bet is good anymore. Betting OTR is definitely too much.

I think it would have been better to just check fold the turn. I feel he was calling with a flush draw he just got there and if has the jack he easily just calls. On the river you are basically never getting called by worse at these stakes so the river bet also is not a good idea at all. On the flop its fine I guess but on the turn you have to ask : can I bet for value ? The answer here is no. Even if he has AK you are losing so just better to give up on the turn really. He is never really calling the turn with the intention of folding the river, and given that you can assume he had a made hand he is really never gonna fold. The trick in my view is to wait for the most profitable spots in the micros, you will definitely have them just a matter of patience and picking and choosing. Good luck :)!

i think conti bet on flop is ok, as on NL2 conti bet works pretty well for me - turn I'd easy check/fold
