Doesn't the strategy say to go all-in if there was a rais before you? You raised three times the raise. Is it because you have already more than 25BB? Can someone explain me the play here.

I would have pushed all-in preflop, as played postflop shove is ok.

yeah, I 3bet him because I had $2,60, but I was pushing every flop here

But villain was also a shortie, you'd be betting only 2,29.. So I would also push pre-flop.

And as played, push is correct as c-bet here.

Because you have to look at 1) The Effective stack between the players & 2) look beyond what is going to happen on the flop whenever he calls.

Well point 1 is that mostly you ( as shortstack) have the effective stack but now you see that your opponent has has an even smaller stack ($2.29 against your $2.6)

Therefore you have to play accordingly to that, $1.2/$2.29 = 52% of his stack when you reraise so thats why I go all-in as well.

Furthermore point 2 is that whenever he calls, just as you see here. His remaining stack is $1.09 and the pot is $2.55 meaning that he is committed and will not fold. Your conti bet is like way above $1.09 so thats why I prefer pushing preflop with the best hand since you only hit a K or A , 28.9% of the time.
