If you bought it today I believe it should last till end of February. If it tells you that it will end on Jan 31 I think it is better to confirm this with our customer support. You can open a ticket. Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

It's pretty clear in there that I should get both Jan and Feb. It actually uses those months as the example. I purchased the Platinum for $59 according to this information.
Yea I think that is pretty clear.. I don't know why it says your status will go down at the end of this month, could be a bug or something. If that happens, you can contact our customer support then

At least the charge finally went through. Skrill transactions do seem to be hit or miss at times for Americans.
Thanks again for your help this morning. I don't know what time it is where you are but it's very early here (New York).
No problem, glad I could help ![]()
I'm 7h ahead of you, so it is in the middle of the day here in Finland
Just to update this: My ticket was resolved in a timely manner and both the charge to my card ($59 USD for Platinum), and the time that I'll have that status (through the end of February) are accurate. Thanks to the PS.com team for resolving this quickly and getting me back up and running here.
Another quick question: Are these subs recurring subs? (I bought my Platinum monthly). If not, can we make them that way? Do we always get "advanced" one month like I was here? Meaning, if I get charged next month on the 1st again, I'll be paid through March even if I cancel during that pay period?
Sorry to ask so many questions about this but much of it is very unclear in the subscription faqs.
As answered by ticket: Subs can only be recurring if they're paid via Skrill. I used Paypal. I guess you just wait until your current plan expires and then purchase it again if you don't have a recurring. In the end, it winds up making no difference.
