I still wonder how to play the hand better? As stated you kinda turn your hand into a bluff with a donk on the river, so should hero play x/c and try to find some overpairs or 78+ in hearts or maybe even an A8s that are trying to valuebet the river call them down?

Well i think it is a standard open for many players.
I would prefer to cbet this flop as well and afterwards bet/fold that turn
on the river it is spewing money to make any kind of a bet here.
The board is so ugly and villain will never call you with a hand that is worse than yours.
