Only issue for me is the bet sizing. I would bet on flop and turn at least half pot for thin value and protection.

I would not reraise preflop.
Don't bloat the pot and just flatcall with AQ.

this guy hates folding, so i don't see why the small sizings. he doesn't seem willing to give you much credit anyway.
as played i want to bet the river, there's not much to be scared of

if we plan to bet only two streets i bet bigger for sure

I like it as played (about actions). We can correct the bet sizings , though.

Hello.
I would only call preflop. But as played I would cbet flop and turn with at least 1/2 sizing and river with a bit less.
