With 6 players in STT SNG, I wouldn't play aggressively in this spot, mainly because, I have a good equity in the tourney and stacks for the final table.
As SB stab here I attributed a range of: 77-33,A9s-A2s,K9s-K2s,QTs-Q2s,J2s+,T4s+,95s+,85s+,75s+,64s+,54s,ATo-A2o,KJo-K3o,Q5o+,J7o+,T7o+,97o+,87o

SB leads with a donk bet and I thought he was trying to buy the dead money as cheap as possible or protecting some pairs. I re-raised and he shoves. The unique hand ahead of mine at this moment, accordingly, to the range, was KJ or A9-AT. Should I call?

Problem with raising the flop is that you are committing yourself as well and he will only 3bet shove with better. I would call as well and her-evaluate the turn. Now you are forced to call with so much invested.

If I understood rasing on the flop was a mistake because:
1) He'll fold all bluffs and 2nd pars as Jx, Kx and I won't get much value in my hand
2) Raising he'll be kept only with very good hands to call or 3bet me

Despite if I just call flop he'll send 2nd barrel and could be as a bluff

The pre-flop was standard or with A8 I'd just call?

I've heard a lot that opponents in micro stakes play more "fair", in terms that they don't bluff too much. In this case on the flop, a red light should turn on

iso-raising his limp is good. You are ahead against his range and you are also IP.

by this line we are helping the villain play optimally and do less mistakes.
Moreover we are putting (almost) our tournament life at stake with a Top Pair medium Kicker.
Lastly we are doing this against a villain whose tendencies we are not aware.

If we assume we have an edge in this stake level, it would be better if we looked for a better spot to be aggressive.
