I play just a few hands with him but he seems a fish who bets pot or overbets some pots, bet 3 streets with bottom pair, so i little agressive and he was 60% river bet (9 of 15 hands). Betting flop seems clear there are a lot of things that he can call. On the flop i don't know if it's better to check to control pot or bet to protect my hand, but i think it's better to bet since there draws that still call. On the river i could shove but i have doubts what hands he could call that i beat, but when he bets river so small i think i have to call but if i call and lose i will have a short stack.

84 vpip in 50 hands is a lot, and he could definitely have almost any 2 cards here. To me it looks like he has something like A4 or A5, but it doesnt really matter. Calling 9bb in a 32bb pot is too good. Hes going to have one pair hands or trash bluff hands most of the time of which he cant let go. If you lose youre still left with 12bb, good enough for push/fold.
Also with such VPIP heavy table I would raise more than 3bb or you will be in these kind of situations a lot.

I would defiantly bet the flop and turn at least 2/3 pot for value. Than you can shove most rivers. Now I would most likely shove as well, because I don’t think he has a backdoor flush draw often and he can call with a lot of worse hands I think. As played you need to call a small bet like this.

I like the raise pre and as said would be nice in this table to twick it a bit .

On the flop I like the bet but not the sizing. Think of what pot odds you are giving to him to draw out on you.
Also there is no reason to check also.
Same on turn.

River as played and having the specific read about his tendencies it's a call as he can do that with absolutely anything.
