The cost of one round is 7c. Normally it goes off every now and then, and you usually get 1-2$ when someone hits the jackpot. If you play it one round every 12h, if costs you just below $1 a week. Sometimes you actually make a poker hand and win some coins, I think I saw somewhere that someone played a lot and the actual cost was around 4-5c per round.
I always play one round when I play a session, as it's +EV. To play multiple rounds, it's not.

Is there any kind of log file with all the previous Jackpots ? Overall Participation ? Size of the jackpots ? Date & Time of when it was hit ? Asking because in most kind of lotteries they do and on Pokerstars website i don't see any log file or track of the previous jackpots infos. Unless i missed a link somewhere.

I kept track for a long time.
Look back through for some numbers.
For a jackpot this size, the payout per person will be about 5 bux.
I've in for about 150 coins so about 3 cents per coin.
Cashing them directly returns 1 cent per coin.

The JP fee is ~2.8c, iirc. That player ran under EV, which is common because the non-JP payouts for trips or better are rare too. I've hit trips (25c prizes) twice this week, though 
You can think it also this way: if you used all your coins to it, it would be -EV (as all casino stuff are). But as you get money when someone wins jackpot with the 12h rule, you can increase your EV by playing as little as possible but still keeping that 12h window active.
Reason is that there are players who use more coins than you do. If everyone played only once in 12h, your EV would go to negative.
Also if If everyone played only once in 12h then jackpots would take much longer to fall i guess.
Don't think it would take the same amount of time and then the room would certainly remove The Deal 
Like slots in a casino there is probably a condition if not few ones before the jackpot actually falls.
That for sure, but than the jackpot would grow a much slower as well if everyone would do that.
at the moment there are 84000 players on Pokerstars.
When I kept track, I would divide half the jackpot by the amount received, and the result was typically between 20 and 30 thousand players.
From that, it appears that somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 of people play the deal at all.

Also i think the next jackpots for X-mas & New Year will be higher. No specific Mathematical reason to think that way but a marketing one.Let's say a Half Million Jackpot or Higher JP is won during Xmas or for the New Year mmm that will be a nice story telling for Pstars.Also a good teaser to attract naive & compulsive gamblers.

Actually, there's no need to wait for the current one to drop - Stars may just add $25K-50K to the current one like they did in one of the previous Xmas seasons, iirc.

The JP size follows a Poisson jump process ('has no memory'), and its expected size at the hitting time always equals the current size plus ~136K (in our case, it's thus over 470K) unless Stars adds money to it.
Picked up trips this morning which covers 3 plays -- so ROI improves a bit...
