Hi, I think a fold here is absolutely fine OTF with pocket QQ with no spade, donks on these kind of boards tend to be top pair heavy who dont want to give up in which case you are already behind. I would make a note on him for the future and see what he eventually shows up with in these kind of spots. Good luck in future grinds....

That was in a more general sense. I see a lot of donk bets with strong pockets when there is an overcard on nl2.

I think he has all the suited aces, all pockets up to QQ. AJo+, KQo. And KJs+
Not a lot of made flushes in there.
And I think he will give up a lot of those non flushes on the turn if no other spade comes on the board.
If he donks because he has it, its good to know and I make a note. But I don't believe it just because he donks into us.You think he donks for value. But where does he get value from?
What does he want us to call with?
I think he wants to pick it up right here and stop the action because his hand is vulnerable.

And realize you have a large array of better hands you play back here with
Ax you 3b any 1 spade hand etc. There's isn't many hands you have that missed this board in fact
So folding hands like this one that even block his random bluff hands like KQo with Ks doesn't mean you can't play wide at him.
This is what your approach should be even at micros

And the more FACTS you actually have, the wider ranges you play
Instead of going Rock>paper even though you have no reads on him at all
Same reason why I would call my AQ etc. even though I have no clue what he could bluff like this
I just don't know who he is or what he does so I'm gonna focus on playing my range
With assumptions on the pool etc.
