Pre flop you should have to raise here about 10BB or if you have information villain can not fold pre flop 3beted, you easy 3bet here 12BB. Flop i beted more, because JJ, 1010 or draws you have to protect your hand and get value. River bet i don't understand, you have got showdown hand and if you have not any information villain can bluff lots check-fold the river.

I think you played this hand poorly.
Flop is more a check/call line being OOP. BTN has lots of hands you beat that he will probe (8x,7x,6x, even overcards).
I also think that you should check almost 100% of the time OTT. If it goes check-check, you can bet/fold the river for sure.
If he bets the turn, you have better hands to defend with in a check/call line than QQ (JJ-99, 98s-97s, 87s, 76s-75s, 65s, 54s...). Of course it would depend on his sizing (the bigger the bet the more you should fold big pairs).

I don't know how to play that river when you double barrel and get called.

I'd go bigger preflop
Flop is gonna be a mix (mostly check I'd assume), going for a bet is fine, so is half pot size with a large one you should just check
Turn you just check the card is really good for his range and not many worse hands are going to call

Now just check/fold for sure

I wonder if these spots are a struggle by the way
We can take a look at them tomorrow in database review of a member

- just join in the chat and ask me to run a filter for 3bet Pots OOP
