for about 7 days now I Strategy Points for playing on Pokerstars are not given to me. Status remains pending.
Although it has worked for weeks before
Were points given to someone of you in the last days or is this a general delay?

Hello the update of my strategypoints on pokerstars.fr are also pending since 1st of june.
ask live support why? sould i do
but some swedish player not get starpoints

There's currently an issue with StrategyPoints for PokerStars since May 29. We are aware of this and looking for a solution.

May 29th till today is a very long time.
The issue hasn't been fixed, neither we get any updates if it will be resolved.
Does this affect all the players on pokerstars, or some are getting points regularly and others don't?

well, no, he can't, because there are no news in that thread, just another stalling.
maybe it is time someone face the reality and tell us what is going on, instead of bs like "we are looking for a solution"...
I don't think it's stalling, but I don't know more than you knows.
I expect the PokerStrategy staff on Gilbraltar and PokerStars are working hard to fix this.

it goes for at least over two months. it is obvious it is not technical problem, because it would have been fixed already, so that means something probably happened business-wise. in another thread guy was told by william hill support that it is beccause they ended the cooperation.
people do understand that things happen in business, but they don't like if someone treat them like a moron. "there is a problem and we are looking for a fix" is just insulting and it doesn't cut it anymore after two months.
i assume it goes without saying this is not directed at you, i believe you may very well not have more info than we do, but someone does and that someone should come forward and explain what is happening.

I'm really happy to inform you that all the missing StrategyPoints are added to your accounts. 
As you might know - because of missing points we manually assign some statuses, so it might take a day or two to fix that as well, so in case you have points for Gold and you are still Silver - that should be updated really soon as well.

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with PS points from Pokerstars. I registered a new Pokerstars acc using the link in Pokerstrategy.com two days ago, saved my nick name in pokerstartegy for tracking, made a deposit with code "THIRTY" and played some MTTs and cash games. Today is Monday and I still have not received any pokerstrategy points that are very important to me. I also have not received my free $30.
I am not sure if that could be a problem but pokerstars did not give me a chance to put down the marketing code anywhere when registering the acc. However I used the link so hope that gonna be fine.
Please anyone help me with that, as I am desperate to get a points and learn using great pokerstrategy contents.

I'm not really sure what do you mean with "I registered a new PokerStars account" - do you had an old account in the room?
If this is the case - PokerStars doesn't allow to create a new account in order to track it and that's the reason.
In case you haven't got an old account - then could you check if you have the information sharing available in your PokerStars software (Settings - Account details - there should be a line called "Information Sharing" with a check box in front of it, which should be checked). If there's no such menu, your account is not tracked.
