Not sure what the idea of the limp was, but you could min raise on the SB and Cbet half pot to build a nice pot against him. Than you have more change to get the money in on the turn already. As played you could bet the flop around 1,5bb and bet around half pot on the turn and shove the river. Now you playing for around 10bb effective and is a shove on river not bad, but if you bet flop a little bit more you don't need to bet that much on the river to get all chips in the middle.

Preflop limp is fine to balance our range. Especially versus reg.

Flop sizing is fine though not bad to make it bit bigger either as it's pretty drawy. But obviously huge portion of BB range will miss this board and we have range advantage.

Turn bet is good and shove river. If he has flush we lose anyway. If we check villain mainly check behind top pairs usually and shove any better. Plus some occasional two pairs. Sometimes maybe bluffing with some JT but him calling weaker has way more value than bluffs versus check.

He's not checking on 1 point in the hand, but the limp is a little bit a tricky move here.

Like 'ghaleon' mentioned limping QQ is part of my SB strategy. If villain is aware that I'm limping a very wide range here he should start raising at a higher frequency which in turn could put the EV for limping above the EV for raising.
