I think vs this sizing I should hero call vs unknown.

I doubt that. Anyway against a unknown I would just fold the river. You beat only a missed flush draw and it's weird to min raise it on the flop, but in the end if he had 2 pair on the turn he would bet. Off course he could slow play a full house or trips on turn and that is something he could represent here.
