AA another river decision

Cbet smaller OTF, board is harmless and you can't play this for 2 streets only with that deepness.
Turn ok, could be bigger.
River is an easy shove. Effective stack (his stack) is 9.45€ (15.15-1.3-1.4-3 = 9.45) and the pot is 11.5€.
JJ-KK, ATs, KTs (regs have KK in their range here) are your targets and they have to call often.
Holding the A♦: also makes it less likely they have a missed flushdraw they want to bluff with, so one more reason to bet yourself.

Against a random villain sizing isn't to bad. Against a passive villain you can even bet bigger for value on every street. On river you could indeed shove for thin value, but it's always tough to give a villain a decent range, but there aren't to many better hands on this board that would call a 3bet pre-flop. Only 99, TT and 33 most likely.

I think 4bb UTG open will be pair heavy range and AK, AQ, but the Ax holdings are fold until the river.
So I really wait 99-KK his river range, and you should push and hope the best
