Seems pretty reasonable. Could open to 3-3,5x, but don't blame you for just shoving here.

Edit: just realized there were two limpers, in which case I would just shove.

shoving or raising 35-40k is fine. Mp overcall is most of the tine deadmoney.

It's fine for sure, but most of the time I would just make a 4x raise in position against 2 limpers. If you was playing out of position I would shove this for sure.
