Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BB: 103.94 BB
Hero (UTG): 238.94 BB
CO: 114.88 BB
BTN: 68.75 BB
SB: 49.69 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♥ Q♥

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, fold

Flop: (7 BB, 2 players) 8♦ 5♣ J♣
SB bets 2 BB, Hero raises to 6 BB, SB calls 4 BB

Turn: (19 BB, 2 players) 3♥
SB checks, Hero bets 11.5 BB, SB calls 11.5 BB

River: (42 BB, 2 players) 4♦
SB bets 29.19 BB and is all-in, Hero???

67 got there, 84cc, 83cc, ???

I just played one just like it vs the same fish, and I had JJ on Jxx, two tone board, he donked, I raised 3x, he folded on flop.

I think this might be a fold here because bluff seems suicidal to me.

Thoughts?

Yeah it's a fold I think as well. Some straight, two pair, or set is what he is holding from the looks of it.

Folding river is most likely better, but pot odds are decent against the short stack.
Post-flop I would most likely raise the flop around 10bb and consider a shove for 36,7bb more on the turn if he called for thin value and protection.
Off course that is a over bet, but I wouldn't be surprised he could over play a draw.

50bb. Raise flop bigger and shove turn, or just pot the turn so you have an easy decision on the river with ridiculous SPR.

River is meh, i guess you can fold QJ and call with your overpairs and AJ type of hands so you do not block his top pairs.

In game, i would most probably talk myself into calling as the obvious draw missed and he might still have JT/9T. Sometimes you would lose vs Kj and AJ though which sux
