I´d likely take c/c line on the turn, although you can also bet/fold turn for value Just he doesn´t really have there too many times better hand than yours.

- Its true he could have worse, but on the other hand apparently he doesnt see many SD, so what is he calling flop with?
- It might be a float but can I afford to call his potsize turn bet and possible river bet?
- If I lead turn, only better hands will call/raise imo

As I said any pair or maybe high cards. He is likely fish and like to see showdown or bluff you out so many cases, that you can´t say he is only calling with better hands on the flop.

calling turn is fine, I think folding river is better line. Since they tend to take stab once and then give up

here I disagree, he would likely continue with any pair. Fishes don´t fold full houses.

so basically ur saying:

- I beat 22, 33, 44, 5x, 66
- I lose to 55, 88, 99, TT, JJ, QQ, KK, Ax (he could slowplay monster)

and still I should lead/build pot on turn?

I think call turn might be possible, but he seems so passive!

can't really put players on pp-s when their vpip is 50 over 26 hands.
I don´t say you should bet pot on the turn. 4$ is enough there imo.
