Hi Tosh5457,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Let them know the date you purchased PT4 and any other details you consider important.
Since this is now the weekend, you may not get a response until Monday or Tuesday -- I'm not sure when the office staff works, and they may be short-staffed due to local lockdown.
