Preflop is ok
Flop: bet more (0,35 - 0,4) but 0,3 isn´t bad. He minraises you now. This can easily be a set or straight. To find out you can 4bet here. I would call also.
Turn: interesting card, on one hand its bad for you, straight is even more obvious and flush got there. But he bets small, I think here you can 3bet him here, because he may now let go even a set (unlikely though), if you get reraised, its clear fold. Your 3bet may be quite small (around 1,5 - 2 $ is enough).
River: as played, call would be right as you said.

Flop: OK

Turn: If this was a non- :club: 8 then you should fold. However, now the call is fine with your flushdraw.

River: You can't call anymore, you're beat by almost any hand on this board. Basically, nice hand
