Well, well well...
Welcome to the English Community forums. :welcome:

I checked with Google Translate how to pronounce "Ahoj" and it is exactly like the English "Ahoy" -- which means the same thing.
In English, though Ahoy is rarely used anymore.

You can read more about it here:
https://www.etymonline.com/word/ahoy
https://www.lexico.com/en/definition/ahoy

Cheers,

Hey and good luck with your goals!

You can post as many hands as you want: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=3155136#post3155136

CZ/SK community is quite dead, that is correct. Although, there are many active players on Skype/Discord nowadays. People are more secretive these days. They dont share many valuable info for free... which is sad and understandable at the same time.

Btw, I remember watching Dexter. Hahaha, good old days.

Hi checkdex. Welcome. Vorpal is kinda right. It is the same History in this wordculture. Anglizism..
I'd like to welcome you aswell to Hamburg/ Germany if you would like to. But.. you need to invite me to Praha aswell. πŸ’’πŸ˜†
It's "Ahoi" in germany. A greeting mostly and formally shouted our by fishemen or boatsmen to boatsmen.

We also say "Moin Moin".
It could be translated like "Morning! Morning!" πŸ€”πŸ˜†πŸ€·

What is your average buy in. How does your schedules look like? What kinda format do you prefer?
Have fun, good luck. I'll stay tuned.

I must say that i am from Slovakia/Prievidza/Bratislava , Prague is in Czech republic. I was 5 month in Germany last year from august to december in Wolfsburg from work. I like Germany. I was visiting Mcfit  and my favourite lebensmittel is REWE :fuckyeah:
Dont have daily schedule because of work ,but its on the way to change that. And what kind of format you play?

Ahoj Checkdex, I saw the word "ahoj" and it took my attention.
Because I knew the word! I learnt it a few weeks ago.

Because I went to King's Rozvadov and I prepared my trip by learning some czech words.
Jsem z Holandska.

Have you been in King's?

Sbohem

Nice to hear that you know our famous football players.
And indeed Lex Veldhuis is doing quite well.

Hopefully we also will do well the coming times.
