GGPoker Official Rep - HELLO!

Hello,

I just recently downloaded and started on gg. I played my first day with no issue. On my second day the software started acting up. Whenever I play I can get in maybe one hand before the table freezes. The home screen will still work, but any table I have open completely freeze and I have to close the client and start over. Then a hand or two later it freezes again. I have checked my connection and it is not the issue. It is a fairly new computer. I am baffled at this point and have a day 2 wsop event tomo. Any help would be amazing

While you're trying all that, in the bottom-right corner of their client, just to the left of the time, you'll see this symbol:

When you click it, you'll see this:

You might also check task manager to see if some process is using excessive CPU on your PC
GGPoker requires a fair bit of resources

I have a quite strange question/problem. I've recently played a lot of cash games and it's hard to say whether I can't beat the 5NL / 10NL or just running bad.
So the problem is this: I've lost around $100 playing cash games in the last week, and transaction history sorted for cash games shows it (screenshot 1).
But when I go to pokercraft, holdem cash games and use EV graph to see my results, it says that I "won" money (screenshot 2).
How could this happen?
P.S. My guess would be that EV graph and cash sessions at pokercraft do not account for money you added throughout a session. Basically I bought in for 100bb, lost 50bb, added 50bb to a have a full stack but when session ends, information about me actually adding these 50bb isn't calculated towards loss. Could it be the case?

Pokercraft doesn't show rake. so all that money you lost is your payed rake.

Had a thought that it might be the case, but it seemed a little bit too much to be the truth. Now I have to ask, I had around 15bb/100 on the pokercraft without rake calculated, is it really not enough to be profitable with rake? And does it get better as you move up in stakes, or I'm just not good enough to even beat 5NL?

No, it doesn't get better at higher stakes.
It doesn't get better in other sites too.

Whether you take nsavov's suggestion or not, low stakes cash games can be profitable, and so can tournaments, but in either case, you'll need the skills to do it.
I suggest that you read the No Limit Hold'em lessons overview
Follow through the article, and be sure you're playing correctly.

The skills will apply to tournaments as well, and there is also a tournament overview as well. Take your time -- poker is a marathon, not a sprint.

If you are already somewhat skilled at poker, you can just skim the most basic articles, but at least give them the once-over.

I asked on the GGPoker discord channel, and the best answer I got was this:
 Open the client and attempt to create an account. If your location is permitted, you will succeed, and you're OK to play.

Just for fun I went through the steps, and Macau is on the list of countries

Note that you will still need to verify your address by submitting documents, so it won't work to put in an incorrect location just to play.

Please explain to us how in the races the winning players are the same everyday with the points impossible to achieve!
For example in rush&cash you can play maximum 4 tables at the time right? So I can tell that 750hands/h is a lot from huge experience and the average race point per hand ratio is very close to 0.55.
I am seeing people with 15 000 points, that mean they played 27-28000 hands to achieve that! Let's tell they played the whole happy hour time 1500hands /at rate 0.82/ * 1.5 = 2250 normal hands, so lets take the minimum of 27000h-2250 = 24 750 hands needed to achieve that if played the whole happy hour time and the rest of the time the maximum tables with the maximum hand per hour!
So 24750 hands/750hands per hour = 33h needed to achieve that!
That means they are playing 33 h and the day is only 24h!

How did you calculate that points per hand ratio? Different strategies give different points.

And are you sure it's capped to 4 tables?

indeed, very big differences in points when playing 18/15/6 or 30/27/11

It is calculated from a 50 000 hands with 22 VPIP and 3 AF! I doubt someone can win at fast-fold with 30VPIP in long regarding the tightness of the population it will get REKT!
I doubt someone can win with more than 0.65 points/hand ratio and 800hands/h if you are some supermen, but still impossible to reach that! Yes it doesn't allow me to open more than 4 rush&cash tables at the same time!
And they are some things, that are in top5 of all type of leaderboards with some impossible scores and they are doing it every fck day! Like WTF? Seriously?
