Hey guys!
Been a long time but hungry for some MTTs, namely Micro MTTs. However, I don't really like the changes pokerstars have done and quite honestly the fields are a bit too big for my taste. Is this still the place to play MTTs or are there any good competitors? Partypoker seemed viable for awhile but been reading some shady stuff about them lately building my aversion towards them.

So what do you guys think? Anyone grinding micro MTTs?

I've been playing on Party Poker and it seems alright, prize pools seem smaller than what I was used to on Pokerstars but that's down to less players participating. It's the same as any other site in terms of players, small stakes in my eyes are one of the hardest to be successful in because you have almost no fold equity. People don't fold at these stakes and it can get a bit infuriating when you lose your stack to a donk call and they hit the usual miracle 1-3 outer even if it's the right play in the long run.

I've only played on Stars and Party Poker but I definitely prefer Party there's a bunch of different tournaments that run that only have 200-300 signed up at times as opposed to the 3000+ I was used to at PS. They also have bigger tournaments so you have the choice what you feel like playing.

I've also heard good things about GG Poker but I've never played there.

Oh yeah, party sounds good in that regard. I'd love something inbetween sit&gos and Pokerstars massive tourneys.
And about the callstations well, lets take 'em to valuetown! :f_drink::f_love:

yes... party is also the choice for me. Fields are soft and relativly small.

Anybody had problem with the software on Partypoker freezing when you try to load tournaments? :f_confused:

I am in the process of a bankroll challenge on PP by taking on the Ferguson challenge. Starting on freerolls and hopefully playing real money games in 10 weeks time. I have almost $4 so far after playing 6 freerolls.

Party Poker runs a lot of 0.55 KO tourneys running like ten times a day. Also PLO tournaments for the same buy in. Decent structure. So yes PP would be a good place to play micro mtts.

Hi, I'm playing micro mtts on the chico network and in revolution. The level is very low in both, in chico there is a higher field but good ones guaranteed. My favorite is ipoker to play micro mtts but I cannot enter from the country where I am living.

Party I don't like their software, it's like it slows down the game and I see that it's done in java and I don't like its UI.

Yeah gotta say the client is really fucking with me right now, not giving me the most positive vibes. Might check ipoker out!
