I think the lines ok had the river bet been bigger i think we can start thinking about folding as you don't block fd's so it's hard to see what worse value hands bet and far less bluffs by the river.

It appears that this hand was posted a few times.

I might even x/c the flop here.

In general, the following principles apply:
Protection would not make any sense because you are either favourite to win in 90%+ of cases, or the underdog in 90%+ of cases.
A better hand will not fold to a raise.
A weaker hand will fold to a raise.
Weaker hands will often try to bluff you out of the pot.
Your hand usually has enough showdown value in a medium sized pot.

Flop:
Can be played as a x/c. The texture isn't too dangerous although there are a few draws out. So i like the bet size, or a check/call. We can probably assume villian is a fish when he calls preflop.
Turn:
I would bet 1/3. Your hand is vulnerable to a club which you want to charge for. By checking you allow the fish to realise his equity with any club holding and also see a cheap showdown with 4x 6x.

As played river is a call in my opinion. You're getting really good pot odds and villain can easily have worse here. Fishes show up overly merged (meaning they value bet mediocre holding that they should be showing down but instead bet - such as 4x 6x 10x) so i think its a pretty straight forward call here.

this guy limps so he's probably a fish. and fishes misplay way harder vs flop checks than flop bets, so you should definitely check here on the flop. as played i think calling down is ok given the odds, you'll sometimes see a bluff.
