OTF I guess calling is the best. You've very often the best hand, but I dont see villain continuing with much weaker against a raise, maybe T6 with SD.
I too would most definately bet on the turn.
I would also bet on the river for value, when turn went check and now they check again to you. There's many 2prs combos out there and not many straights with this action, also you're holding blockers here.
Yup, I also thought there is potential value otr, but would not necessarily bet pot there. To get all the 2pr combos calling I´d bet sth like half pot or less.
