I turned run it twice and cash out. I prefer to play as it is.

No worries, I think I have found the leak. All the big mistakes were happening at the end of my sessions. I need to take more breaks, split my playing hours into one-hour sessions. Then I should be fine.

Cash-out is paid service, so you would only give more rake to P*. However it's good for your mindset, you just get your portion of share and now look at the cards dealt. And it can save you some bad feelings when loosing deep stacked.
Run it Twice is a nice feature, all pros are using it. It lowers the variance without additional cost

I have turned on the Run it Twice feature, but it looks like not so many players are using it in NL5SH. In like 1000 hands it did not happened for me and I had some all ins.

a new week is starting, so here is my report:
Week: 8
Format: NL5 SH
Hands played: 5072
Profit: -$20.02
Overall statistics:
Hands played: 33241
Profit: $101.83
BR: $141.27
Hard to find anything positive about this week. I tried to put in some volume and it ended up bad. Made a ton of mistakes especially OTR that costs me several BI's.
Most of them by taking action without thinking, which is really bad. At least I spend a lot of time also on studying.
Anyway, this week is over, and with it my desire to put in a big volume. Last week I played only 1800 hands with profit +20 and this week over 5000 with loss around 20... So it's quite clear what needs to be done.
The plan for next week will be to focus on the video series from W34z3l. And regarding playing I will get back to 2 tables with maximum focus. For each session, I will set a small goal. The first one is pretty obvious: no rush actions on the river

I looked at my Stakes result in HM3 and it looks like that I've played around 100 hands on NL10 and NL16 by mistake. Booked only a small loss
So I guess I will need to verify the tables when I open them. It would be really stupid to lose some BI in a higher limit ...

Sounds familiar, i am taking breaks between 60-90min. It really helps me clearing my mind.
I have no doubt you turn it back in to profit real soon..

today is the first day i am trying to play without looking at the session status / graph and it feels really great. I must say that I recommend this approach to whoever feels under pressure because of the past sessions.
The plan is to look at the results every monday, when I will report it to the Bankroll challenge forum thread. Let's see, if I can make it until the next report.

You can filter the tables by stakes.

Yes, thank you! No more playing higher limits 
From those numbers, it looks like you are winning at nearly 5BB/100 at NL 5 and 20BB/100 at NL 2
If your bankroll is big enough, you might consider a shot at NL 10
Decide in advance what your maximum loss will be for your shot -- I use 2 BI
If I win, I continue, if I lose 2 BI I stop, go back down and build up.
Things are probably different now though -- I haven't done this in a long time, and I don't grind NLHE any more.

I have that in my plan but I do not have a big enough BR and most importantly I do not feel comfortable now even for NL5... let's see if my new approach without constntly looking at money will change that 
I wouldn't give nl10 a shot with only 5bb/100 on nl5.
I mean the sample is really small and it doesn't show your true WR, but still... grind some more nl5 - in best case scenario you will just take a shot with much bigger BR :f_love::f_drink::f_thumbsup:

Litlle better than the last week, but still quite bad. A lot of mistakes especially on the river. At least I am reading and watching a lot of study materials. Next week I want to finish the first round of w34z3ls walkthrough videos and make some changes to my HUD and villain marking system. Maybe I will also try the zoom tables, just to see what it is like.

Yes, for sure I am not going to shoot now. My plan is to try the NL10 when I will have my BR at 250$ and feel cinfident on NL5. As you can see according my last weekly report that goal is still far ahead. Also there are still a lot of study materials avaialble for beginners I need to go through...

Hi all,
last two weeks were very hard for me. A lot of sessions where my results were influenced by my tilt. At least i was able to see that clearly and now I am playing NL2. Also I am trying zoom and I must say i like it. The potential to play a lot of hands in a short time is really good for me as I don't have a lot of time for poker.

Another "red" week, but I decided to get back to NL2 and get my hands on the zoom tables. Played only several hands, but already I am feeling much better. The constant action is driving my focus and it does not allow me to do the crazy stuff.
From the study point of view, I have finished the first view of Walkthrough videos and read several basic articles. Also, I am finally using Equilab to review my marked hands. So I think some progress is there. The plan for the next week will be to play Zoom tables only and review the Walkthrough videos one more time, but now with proper analysis and with taking notes.

Regarding gameplay, I am finally trying the Zoom tables. With my small sample on NL2SH (5747 hands), I booked a nice profit: 13.22 bb/100 ($15.20) which I am really happy for.
The plan for this week will be to finish the final review for basic course videos (the last one missing) and then continue with the Walkthrough series to implement it in my gameplay. Also, my BR is now big enough to try some Zoom format on NL5 SH.

This week was mostly about the study and a new HUD setup. Results from playing are pretty bad, but I think I can still continue on NL5 with my shot. Just need to be careful and in case my BR will drop below 100 I will go back to NL2 to rebuild it a little bit.
Regarding the study, I am slowly getting through the final review of the walkthrough videos. Making a lot of notes and trying to implement the theory in my game. Next week I want to finish all the popups for my new HUD, then I will share the HUD here to get some review
