You could make your Cbet on flop (I react to those very small flop bets, like they are nothing and make my Cbet). Calling down is also fine.
On turn and river calling down is OK, if you think you cant get him fold better hands.


better is just raising on the flop or turn, than call him down imo
especially you get very good odds to improve your hand and also you have good fold equity, so I´d raise turn to 0,3$
