I would not say that this is bad isolation - it can be good if you know how to exploit him postflop. As for river bluff - no one can blame you for bluffing - its your absolute bottom so bluff cant be that bad. As for sizing - you dont have many valuebets so you need to bet bigger. I would only change flop play and bet 1/3 or 1/4. It makes his range looser and weaker and thus make bluff on river more profitable. You shouldnt care that with value you would use big bet on flop - if he is limping 97o preflop then for sure he wont notice difference in your sizings.

we can use the same reasoning to choose a small sizing to bluff the river.
this villain's calling range is probably way more insensitive to sizing than it should be...
super terrible hand to isoraise a 73/0 fish. You don't get fold equity preflop so you would need him to be the type of player who folds 50%+ on the flop to make this a good play. Which could easily be the case since someone playing so wide will have random types of K2 A5 which are forced to check/fold this flop.
Turn coordinates the board further, improving various connector type hands to 2pair or pair+straight draw so checking is good
River pairs the Queen , which will make him call you down light with mid or 3rd pair. so giving up is good
