I had the most terrible NL2 session yesterday. I am so glad it was only NL2 and not NL10. One of those sessions where I hit absolutely nothing and when I did, I got either coolered or everybody jumped ship (with very few exceptions).
I played those tables in parallel to an online home game tournament with video chat. So I wasn't fully focussed, but focussed enough to have an edge, I would say. It doesn't bother me too much, however, a good reminder of what variance can do, and that we have to be able to deal with this.

I try not to be result-oriented, and it sometimes works.
Mate, for your own thoughts, u may hide whatever information you want. But you share it with a whole forum, so have a bit of respect to the followers of your blog...

By not being result-oriented, I am leading by example, which in my opinion is respectful to the community.

I have two different ways of approaching this.
If I'm going to ask for opinions about how I played, or how I should play, then I remove the outcome unless it is irrelevant to the question.
The reason is that knowing how it turned out might influence other people's opinions of how I played.
Most players that post hands for review only post hands where they lost though, so members who review hands often assume that.
I post hands -- win or lose -- where I was puzzled at some point.
When I post hands in https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=3252972#post3252972 or in my blog, the full hand is always shown.

Completed NL2 playing 3 Zoom tables, but couldn't finish NL5 because I didn't have enough time yesterday.

Here are my results from this week. Didn't play much. Mostly grinding the PokerStars Leaderboards. And that is where the most profit came from. Made #6 and #16 on NL2 Leaderboard and also got a little payout from the NL5 Leaderboard.

I usually play NL2 Zoom when I can't focus 100%. E.g. while I play my weekly Sunday night online home game.

When you are properly rolled for NL10, then probably nothing. I just can see from my own experience that it can bring situations when you run like a god on NL2 (upswing) and then the downswing comes on NL10 where it hurts like....5x more. These kind of situations are very very tilting and forcing you to stay on NL10 with reasoning "...just until I win the loss back and then I go to NL2 again...." etc. If you have no tilting issues (like I do), then you are fine.

If you're solid at NL 2, and rolled for NL 10, it sometimes helps to play one table of each just to get a feel for the differences.
It might be better to go from NL 2 to NL 5 for the first step though -- it's up to you.
Another thing that might help the transition is to show your stacks in BB if the poker room has that option.
I am rolled for NL10, even though my BRM is very aggressive. (going up with 20 BIs and going down when I drop below 17 BIs)
The biggest problem with mixing stakes, IMO, is the slightly different strategies that work best. By doing a lot of NL2 multi tabling, I might condition myself to a style that is not optimal for NL5/NL10. This would be my biggest concern.
