Spot is close to 200bb effectives.

So we have had very aggro 3bet dynamic with this BU player. He is likely reg and 3bet hands are reasonable but seems to take aggro approach with some single suit rundowns as well. Which is probably somewhat bad for me here.

I open CO, BU 3bet and I call which is only reasonable option imo. On flop I thought I have some potential with gutshot and bd nfd but hand seems too weak to x-c or x-r. Villain wasnt cbetting that high frequency though with these deep stacks so maybe I should still c-f and see if there is free turn? Anyway I decided to donk bet half pot. Board is still somewhat better for my range even if villain 3bet on wide side imo.

Turn is pretty much best possible outside of 7 and went for pot bet. Of course nasty if villain shove but thats pretty rare. If it does happen it would be 29€ for pot of 95€ so we need bit over 30% equity. So it would be roughly breakeven. Versus hand like AAJJ we would have on average 32.5%. BU folded quickly to this pot bet.

I think stabbing such board that is more favorable to 3b caller is something you could and should do against thinking opponents. I dont mind using this hand as you dont want to call with it really, but you have keycard 8 and at BDNFD. If you had two BDFDs it would be great as you could barrell even more turns.

But I would bet bigger, to get more FE and profit in cases he calls and you can barrell him off of his hand like here. Now you got only half pot. Now you had only a gutter, but you could have huge wrap, two pairs etc you'd want to protect too and not mind if stacks go in otf.
