Softest poker room out there?

Hi all, Took an extended break from poker and am back now playing on Pokerstars for the first time since at least 2010. Being mostly a cash game and MTT player, I thought I would have retained my edge over the general field, but was surprised at seeing an average high level of play at the 0.1/0.25 USD No Limit cash games tables. Realising that I am completely unfamiliar with the scene at this point, I’d like your opinion on what the softest poker room with the most recreational players is at the moment and also what game mode is the easiest to beat with the current state of play. Have studied all game modes, but mostly play cash games and heads up SnGs. Have always found regular SnGs to be a bit of a grind and very straightforward/repetitive. After my break I’m going to have to brush up on some of the fundamentals again, so would be useful to know where to concentrate my attentions. Thanks in advance for your guidance on the matter!
