hi guys!!
what will happen to the ticket i won this week if i was not able to play the tourney?!
i lose 109$ or it will be exchanged to $?

Hi kacsa1st,
If the ticket was to a particular tournament, check in the PokerStars client to see if it says anything there.
If the ticket came from PokerStrategy.com I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can.
Hopefully you can get this figured out before the tournament starts.
You might also want to check with PokerStars support (fastest way is to use the chat tool in the client) to see if it can be transferred to a friend in the event it must be played in that tournament.

i wrote a ticket to PS asking about my options. cos i can not find any live chat option definitely not in the help menu.
