+ I 3bet pre every time - is that bad at these stakes?

Thinking process:
- For value because I have the best hand often
- The 3bet is maybe a little bit overrepresenting my hand to create fold equity on boards that contain higher cards, or to see where I am at on a board with higher cards. The 3bet will make my opponent play his hand much more face-up and he will not very likely begin to bluff high card boards.

Any info on the villain in this hand would be great. If you would 3bet pre-flop you give villain the possibility to 4bet shove on you with his/her shallow stack.

As played you lose against a Q and JJ+. Read less I would most likely call, but but it's a tricky spot for sure. Over bet shove makes not to much sense I think.
