unless you have some kind of reason that UTG is doing limp/min-raise with weaker hands you can also just call his min-raise and play postflop.
I would likely bet on the flop, since although it is hard him to call with worse hands, you often take pot down and likely would never get playd back. If you check behind, then you likely have to call turn bet and then decide on the river if he shoves.
