Flop bottom set facing aggression all the way...

I think your play makes sense to pot control in position with a set post-flop. It depends on the villain of the hand if I would go for the aggressive approach on the flop. As played I would at least call the river. If you think villain can still call a raise with 2 pair combo's or weaker I would raise for value.

I’d raise the flop, as played I would call river, he could be betting woth an overlair all the way threw and there are plenty of combos of those and we only lose to 4 combos of 98s and some better sets. AT,KT potentially also on his range. River doesn’t bring any flushes

Opponent had ATo, so his play makes some sense, since I didn't ever raise
