Hey guys,
i have a problem with my stars account since months.
when i log in, stars asks me to enter my phone number and enter the verification code which was sent.
after this, my account freezes and i should contact the support.
everytime i contact them my account is open again but when i log in im asked again to verify my phone number and the account freezes again.
i told the support already about that but for this issue they will not reply me.
what to do?

I suggest that the next time you log in to the client, go to settings, then ensure that all the information is correct.
In particular, make sure that the phone number is correct and it is validated.
Also check what is showing under "SMS Security Options"
Even if all looks good, while the client is open and logged in contact support using the chat tool in the client.
While engaged with the support agent, review all the settings.
