Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A:c, Q:s.
3 folds, MP2 raises to $0.75, 5 folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $0.35.

Villain is 33/12 over 40 hands. I thought raising would be very marginal and i always get in troubles in spots like this. Is it ok to fold?

Easy fold

You have too few hands for a good analyse of vilain.
In SHC AQ after a raise is fold.

With villain range of 12% I think your equity here would be about breakeven, which would be marginal. However with only 40 hands, I think a fold is always correct here.

You need more stats to be more accurate so that's why folding is the best option.
