I find a call a bit too optimistic vs unknown (MP) and probably putting my whole stack on the line. If he would have folded I would have called.
With the odds you get it's tough to fold pre-flop for only 3,7bb more. Pot is after your call 26,7bb and you are closing the action. I expect villain will play ownest post-flop without a side pot and 1 villain all-in.

Which format is this? 6man with top 2 paid? But I agree with the call, but you will need to play way differently than in a regular pot. Since even on K/Q facing aggression you are hand will be very mediocre in strength.
Something to take into consideration is that fish often will not understand the dynamic and for example sometimes will shove with just flush draws which makes no sense whatsoever
