Hello! Sorry for my english but recently i'm having a problem with sound on pokerstars, so i wanted to upload the video here whats the issue( i dont know how) cuz it's hard to explain but ill try my best. btw this issue is on both pc's (laptops) and the newest one is just bought 2 months ago its lenovo legion 5. So whenever i'm playing 2 or more tables i can hear sounds on other tables, or when i minimize table and going trough lobby i can hear distorted sounds on that exact table( like when someone is checking, calling, raising or folding) it gets really annoying when you are escpecially on headphones. I contacted support about this issue also sent them log files and they told me to reinstall drivers, delete cache, check sound settings, change opengl settings from 4 to 1 and finally complete delete of ps software which unfortunately didn't change anything, i even reinstalled windows on my new laptop and it didn't solve the problem, one day by accident i installed pokerstars.net and i found out that there are no sound issue at all wich seemed strange, i contacted ps support again and they told me that they will investigate the problem and programming team will find solution. Till this day there are no response so i'm finding some help here, maybe someone have expierenced something like this and knows the solution. I can send the video trough email how does its sounds if someone is interested.
